Little Lifters boosts strength, coordination, and confidence among our smallest athletes. Children ages 3-5 will learn basic strength training, gymnastics, and calisthenics using techniques from The Brand X Method and instructed by three trainers (who just so happen to be moms).
Immediately following class, your hungry Little Lifters can stay for a snack and age-appropriate healthy eating activity, led by our trainers (including a registered dietitian). And parents and caregivers, this one’s for you. Ever struggle to find time to work out during the day? Parents are invited to participate in a group work out during this snack hour (noon-1). All ability levels encouraged!
Who: 3-5 year-olds and their parents/caregivers (All children must be fully potty trained)
What: 6-week session beginning October 22nd including 45-minute kids workout, optional healthy snack and nutrition activity with a registered dietitian, and FREE CHILDCARE during parent workout (extra fee applies for parents)
When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. (children’s class ends at 12)
Where: CrossFit 26
- 1 day per week, child only: $125
- 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday), child only: $195
- Parent add-on, one day per week: $110*
- Parent add-on, two days per week: $200*
