3 Synchronized hang power snatches (75lbs/55lbs)
3 Synchronized overhead squats (75lbs/55lbs)
30 Double unders
*Add 3 reps to the hang power snatch and overhead squats each round. For example, after complete 3/3/30, move on to 6/6/30, 9/9/30, 12/12/30, etc.
*Synchro on the hang power snatch is at the top of the rep only. Synchro on the overhead squat is also at the top of the rep only. For the double unders, both athletes can be working at the same time. When both athletes are done, move back to the hang power snatch.
