Our revamped kids’ program aims to boost strength, coordination, athleticism, and confidence in 6-13 year-olds. Using techniques from the Brand X Method, our certified trainers will teach your children basic weightlifting and gymnastics skills in a safe and supportive environment.
As an added benefit, we offer free homework help via the 26 Brain Trust after class! Bring your kiddo’s homework or favorite book, and let us help them with their studies while you enjoy a workout. All ability levels encouraged!
Who: 6-13 year-olds and their parents/caregivers
What: 6-week session beginning October 22nd including 45-minute kids workout, optional study hall, and FREE CHILDCARE during parent workout (extra fee applies for parent workout)
When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:15 a.m.-5 p.m. (Study Hall/Parent Workout from 5-6)
