Iron + Oar at CF26

Do you love cardio and boot camp style workouts? Do you enjoy an early morning workout in a fun and supportive environment? Or have you ever thought you might try CrossFit, but want to boost your fitness while dipping your toe in the water? Iron + Oar is perfect for you. 

Iron + Oar is a 6-week group fitness class that’s suitable for all fitness levels. The 60-minute sessions will be interval training with a rowing focus. Coaches include a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who’s also a registered dietitian (so expect plenty of nutrition insights along the way!). 

Who: Adults ages 18+, all levels welcome!

What: 6-week conditioning class

When: Monday and Wednesdays, 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m., and 12-1 p.m. beginning 10/22.

Where: CrossFit 26
